Electric delivery truck maker Chanje Inc. has teamed up with EV charging systems supplier eMotorWerks Inc. to design electric truck charging systems.
Within the scope of this partnership, trucking companies that lease electric trucks with 100 miles of range will get network-connected charging stations and access to grid management services. Charging systems connected to the grid help to manage the load and reduce the strain on the grid when demand is high. This issue will become more critical in the areas where more and more electric trucks are deployed.
