Assembly Technician

Responsibilities

Charging Systems Technician

Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly and testing on a range of charging systems and products
  • Work with engineers to improve all products based on customer feedback
  • Help with all aspects of shop upkeep: packaging, cleaning, tool management and organization
  • Assist in light loading and shipping tasks
  • Effectively use electronic schematics, PCB layouts and operation manuals

Contract Manufacturing Program Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop new and maintains existing Contract Manufacturers locally and abroad
  • Be responsible for negotiating cost reductions over time
  • Negotiate prices and terms with Contract Manufacturers
  • Meet with CM’s regularly to discuss performance metrics, to provide performance feedback, and to discuss production plan
  • Coordinate with purchasing to support long lead items with the CM

Director, Customer Service

San Carlos, CA


Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and lead the customer support organization, developing the team necessary to resolve all B2C, B2B and utility inquiries and issues
  • Be the primary “voice of the customer” within the company to develop and track necessary surveys, product and customer metrics (e.g. defects, customer satisfaction, call times & utilization, etc.) and to advocate on behalf of customers to achieve consistent, high-value CSAT scores
  • Work closely with systems experts to automate solutions for high efficiency customer self service and satisfaction. Architect solutions in CRM and telephony environments to drive productivity at scale
  • Oversee all collections and fraud detection activities, policies and procedures
  • Ensure necessary processes, documentation and systems (e.g., Grasshopper, Zendesk, SFDC to an extent, and other operational systems) are in place and kept up to date to drive high customer satisfaction and team efficiency
  • Manage RMAs, coordinating with engineering/operations diagnostics team to understand core product issues and resolve product/customer issues in timely fashion
  • Lead the development and maintenance of product and services documentation, both consumer and commercial and ensure this information is a part of our broader knowledge base for online and physical distribution.
  • Implement formal CSR training and QA programs that drive employee development and satisfaction.
  • Define, own and roll out new customer service programs, driving implementation: systems development; coordination with marketing for customer outreach; integration with installers; processing of orders, deployments, payment issues, returns, collections
  • Oversee Office Manager to ensure necessary supplies are in stock, order necessary equipment and keep equipment such as printers, WiFi, etc., in operating condition for efficient operations across the team (this function may transition elsewhere later)

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of contact center management experience. Preferably in semi technical B2C environment
  • Experience with SFDC Service Cloud, QA and multi-channel contact center software systems
  • Experience managing mid sized (+25 agent) customer service teams

Responsibilities

  • Learn and contribute to our product roadmap, while also reviewing and synthesizing the competitive landscape and partner ecosystem in order to craft consistent and compelling positioning, messaging, and branding across all communication channels
  • Work with CMO, CEO, CBO, and other members of executive and product teams to develop and maintain compelling corporate marketing-related materials such as: product and corporate presentations, brochures, segment solutions, and whitepapers

Technical Customer Support Specialist

San Carlos, CA


Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in the troubleshooting and diagnosis of Electric Vehicle charging equipment installation and operation issues.
  • Monitor incoming customer service and technical support tickets and ensure timely action to resolve each.
  • Use general knowledge, product schematics, data stored in knowledge base, and other sources of information to provide excellent solutions that result in improved customer satisfaction.
  • Provide customer support over the phone and by email through company CRM system (Zendesk).
  • Handle escalated technical support cases received from tier 1 support.
