As a Rewards Program Manager & Customer Support Specialist, you will enroll and support electric vehicle (EV) drivers in signing up and participating in our rewards program for charging their vehicles. Engage customers, manage signup flow, and drive program success while helping streamline processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize contact lists & reach out via email & voice calls to enlist customers.
  • Capture necessary customer information for successful enrollments
  • Answer customer and partner questions and push issues to resolution
  • Create self-service materials for customers, e.g. FAQs, automated emails, that make it easy for interested customers to engage with us.
  • Transcribe customer information into necessary forms (e.g. from photographs of customer's utility bills) and/or carefully review web forms for data entry errors.
  • Organize and submit forms to utilities, resolve issues until accepted into program.
  • Track registration, approvals, issues and customer reward payments. and update summary reports on daily/weekly basis.
  • Organize and report on overall program status
  • Provide input for process improvements and automation (e.g. website development efforts) that streamline registration and management flow.

 

Successful candidates will be:
  • Enthusiastic about electric vehicles (Knowledge of EVs, charging systems, and basics of electrical systems (e.g. home electrical service, hiring electricians, etc.) is a big plus)
  • Proficient in document handling & spreadsheets (Google apps experience is a plus)
  • Detail orientated and organized
  • Excellent communicators over phone and email

As the Marketing and PR Manager, you will drive our outward presence in the market, ensuring consistent and compelling positioning, messaging, branding, and exposure to media, customers, partners, and prospective employees.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure consistent and compelling positioning, messaging, and branding across all channels
  • Work with CMO/COO and other members of executive and product team on news articles, whitepapers, content generation for other media, customers, and partners

  • Utilizization of online media channels to amplify key messages

Required Qualifications

  • Top-notch writing and verbal skills
  • A solid eye for design and visually aesthetic solutions
  • Strong organization and communication skills

JOB OVERVIEW

You will sell our Electric Vehicle charging offerings to consumers for residential use as well as partner sales, such as solar energy system providers. Sales support will bridge phone and email in addition to occasional face-to-face customer/client interaction. You will handle sales campaigns - such as follow up to email campaigns - and purchase transactions directly.

 

REQUIREMENTS

An engaging, outgoing personality and ability to learn fast, work with customers in a courteous and informed manner, and generally be as helpful and efficient as possible. This is a team environment, so clear and concise communication with coworkers and partners is a must. Knowledge of business and sales tactics, with experience in technical systems will be needed. Passion about sustainable energy and transportation, as well as EV ownership is a huge plus (free charging for employees @the office included!). Must be available to work at least 6 hours per weekday, with additional evenings and weekends on a per-project basis.

Summary/Objective

 

Work as a member of our core engineering team, performing R&D, High/Low voltage PCB design, and PCB production management. You’ll be just as likely to solder together a testbed as design overall architecture, so a wide range of skills and a love of getting your hands dirty are essential. This job focuses on solving electrical problems at all levels, from drawing a block diagram on diptrace to diagnosing misbehavior with an oscilloscope. When we don’t have the bandwidth to do a design in-house, you’ll also wrangle subcontractors on electrical designs. There’s no way to predict what you might be working on tomorrow, so above all, flexibility and a love of learning new skills are an absolute must-have to thrive!

 

Responsibilities
  • Design of the entire hardware system
  • End to end ownership of the hardware product – from specification to design, prototype, and manufacturing.
