Assembly Technician

San Carlos, CA


Responsibilities

  • As part of our engineering / production team, perform assembly and testing on our JuiceBox charging systems
  • Assist in maintenance and product development
  • Help with fulfillment and operations
  • Help drive electrification of transport and adoption of smart grids 

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in electronic prototyping & assembly

Charging Systems Technician

San Carlos, CA


Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly and testing on a range of charging systems and products
  • Work with engineers to improve all products based on customer feedback
  • Help with all aspects of shop upkeep: packaging, cleaning, tool management and organization
  • Assist in light loading and shipping tasks
  • Effectively use electronic schematics, PCB layouts and operation manuals
  • Identify, track and drive product and service problems to resolution
  • Provide entry-level customer education and training

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in electronic assembly (including soldering)
  • Experience with hand tools and electronic testing tools (drivers, multimeters, etc.)
  • Good communication skills, must work well with others
  • Some knowledge of power electronics concepts
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to safely work around high voltages and machinery
  • Excellent work ethic with understanding of production efficiency

Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities

  • Promptly and effectively respond to requests via email, phone or online media
  • Maintain online product knowledge base, FAQs, videos, and other self-help tools
  • Provide great customer service and relay product and service information within team
  • Identify and track product and service issues to resolution
  • Attract buying prospects by skillfully answering product and service questions
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM and other system information

Lead Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Design the entire hardware system
  • End to end ownership of the hardware product – from specification to design, prototype, and manufacturing
  • Specification and sourcing of components and vendor management
  • Collaborate on architectural decisions to drive robust system design
  • Drive FCC, ESD, EMI compliance

Required Qualifications

  • BS or higher degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with PCB CAD tools (DipTrace preferred), Lab equipment (oscilloscope, multi-meters, etc
  • Experience in analog / digital circuit design and embedded systems design

Sales Associate

Responsibilities

  • Sell our electric vehicle charging offerings to consumers for residential use
  • Conduct partner sales, such as solar energy system providers
  • Provide sales support via phone and email in addition to occasional face-to-face customer/client interaction
  • Handle sales campaigns, such as follow up to email campaigns and purchase transactions directly
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM and other system information
  • Provide entry-level customer education and training
